Where to find me
My therapy room is a log cabin situated on our farm in Llangrannog, a beautiful part of West Wales. It’s in a peaceful garden with views looking out to sea.
There is private parking available outside and there are 3 steps to enter the cabin. There is a toilet available to use within my home property should you need to use it.
I can also offer online sessions via Zoom.

There are some issues that cannot be resolved through counselling. I would certainly tell you whether I would be able to support you or if another type of support would be more appropriate. In this instance, I will do my best to refer you to the best support.

Confidentiality and ethical principles
Confidentiality is extremely important to me, as is the wellbeing of my client. Counselling is a space where the counsellor and their client sit together in a safe place and in total confidence. “What you say in the room, stays in the room,” is something said on occasion.
What you decide to share will only ever be shared with one person, my supervisor. I will never share your name but we will work together to review the case details and ensure that I am following ethical guidelines and offering my client the best service I’m able to provide.
In common with my professional colleagues, I take my ethical responsibilities extremely seriously.
I am committed to offering a service which is welcoming to all backgrounds in a supportive and non-discriminatory manner.
I hold public liability insurance. I also attend regular supervision.
